With > 20 years experience as a doctor, she shares tips and strategies on how to live a life of self-compassion. She started being curious about her cultural background, paid homage to her Chinese ancestry, studied traditional Chinese medicine and now conducting research on yoga, exercise and nutraceuticals.

It’s not about outsourcing health, she explains the difference between active and passive management of health and her passion for empowering individuals to take charge, creating a sustainable ripple in their life’s journey

She describes acupuncture and the evidence where it works the most. We go personal on her own trials and tribulations as a working mother and how by sharing her story, the courage to be vulnerable and in doing so, she gave permission for others to do so. And in doing so, she knew she wasn’t alone and unlocked the power of community.
