She started being curious about her cultural background, paid homage to her Chinese ancestry, studied traditional Chinese medicine and now conducting research on yoga, exercise and nutraceuticals.
It’s not about outsourcing health, she explains the difference between active and passive management of health and her passion for empowering individuals to take charge, creating a sustainable ripple in their life’s journey
