Today, we have Dr Michelle Woolhouse, the author of ‘Wonder Within’, who will share her personal journey of burnout and how she found a way to recover and rediscover her life’s purpose. Dr Michelle is a GP who practises integrative medicine and ran a successful integrative clinic, but after suffering from burnout, took a break and reflected on her life. The result of this is her book ‘Wonder Within’, which details her journey and provides readers with the neurobiology or science behind stress, tips to prevent and overcome burnout.
